After the gathering in Scala, which was devoted to the topic of the Armenian cultural genocide, the organisers of the Center for Early Medieval Studies have prepared a new field trip to explore the monuments in the Caucasus. The journey which will take place from May 26th to June 2nd will be already our fourth expedition into the region.
This time, students from Masaryk University will be joined by their fellows from the Ca'Foscari University in Venice and the swiss Université de Lausanne. Their journey will start in the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi; yet, the main goal of their expedition is to explore the so far unvisited monuments of medieval Armenia.
